Gabriel Solis

Gabriel Solis, born and raised in Houston, Texas, founded Solis Performance Training in 2016. Gabe found a passion for developing and mentoring athletes at an early age, and has been fortunate to learn from some of the most intelligent people in sports. Some of those names include Loren Landow, Denver Broncos Head Strength Coach & Owner/Founder of Landow Performance, pitching guru Tom House, and world known hitting coach Rudy Jaramillo. These are a few of sports best minds and Gabe is thankful to call these people mentors. Since 2016, Gabe has accumulated a large number of college and professional athletes to train at Solis Performance Training.

Prior to his career, Gabe played baseball at the prestigious San Jacinto Junior College. After his playing career was over, he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Houston. Gabe also serves as an associate scout for the Cincinnati Reds.

Mac Graham

Mac Graham, originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, joined Solis Performance Training in August 2020. Previously Mac spent 3 years as a performance coach with Athlete Training + Health. Shortly after he spent the next year and a half as the ATH Return to Play coach at Ironman Sports Medicine Institute at Memorial City. He specialized in bridging the gap from rehabilitating athletes from injuries to returning to sport. While at ATH he worked with athletes of varying training ages from youth to elite-pro level.

Before his career, Mac received his bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina in Kinesiology. While there, he played collegiate football and baseball. During his time in college, Mac interned at multiple strength and conditioning facilities and sports medicine clinics.

Michael Rohland

Michael Rohland, from Houston, Texas, joined Solis Performance in April 2022. Michael played college baseball at Alvin Community College. After his career at Alvin, he transferred to Texas State University. He proceeded to get his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science with a concentration in Rehabilitation. While at Texas State, Michael interned at New Braunfels Sport and Spine Physical Therapy where he helped in the rehabilitation process of athletes returning to their given sport.
